We wanted to have a consolidated, industrial view of the projects in the portfolio, to ensure that we were on track. Planning, budget, risks, gains, interdependencies: we needed to be able to manage these critical elements, with standard reporting at several levels: Project Portfolio / Projects / Batches, including regional deployment.

Fund onboarding means managing and supporting customers from A to Z, from the moment they sign their offer. It also involves launching a sub-fund on an existing fund, with a new manager. Each onboarding takes 6 to 10 months on average, and requires the coordination of all operational teams: fund administration, transfer agents, custody, forex, exchange room and all ancillary services, such as securities lending, share class hedging, etc. Our mission ends a few weeks after the launch.
With Tabsters, we were able to spread our methodology, have a consolidated view of customer onboarding and requests, and ensure better risk monitoring. All this has enabled us to drastically improve our service quality.
