With more than 23 years of experience in the healthcare sector and 3,000 healthcare facilities equipped with its solutions in France, Enovacom supports organizations in addressing challenges related to interoperability, data integration, business process management, and secure data exchange.
In a multi-product, multi-team, and multi-client environment, Enovacom selected Tabsters in 2023 to streamline and enhance the reliability of its delivery portfolio management, while strengthening data consolidation, capacity monitoring, and priority coordination.
Enovacom wanted to streamline the management of its delivery projects in a complex operational environment characterized by a wide variety of products, teams, and clients.
Before Tabsters was implemented, the lack of a unified tool limited overall visibility into the portfolio, the ability to prioritize initiatives, and the effectiveness of project tracking. The teams needed a common framework that would allow them to track projects in detail while also consolidating information at broader, cross-functional levels. The challenge, therefore, was to implement a solution capable of ensuring reliable management of the delivery portfolio, centralizing data, and providing a consolidated view of projects, resources, risks, budgets, and dependencies.
The main issues centered on:
Enovacom selected Tabsters for its ability to meet a dual need: to provide detailed operational oversight of delivery projects while automatically consolidating data across the portfolio. The solution’s flexibility, its multi-level approach, and its ability to present information across multiple dimensions of analysis were key factors in supporting the teams in their day-to-day management.
The solution makes it easier to view information at various levels: teams can track the operational progress of projects, while managers have access to consolidated views to analyze priorities, capacities, risks, and dependencies across the entire portfolio. This multi-level approach makes it possible to more effectively link on-the-ground tracking, coordination challenges, and cross-functional management needs.
The solution is used by 100 users, including: delivery teams, project managers, team leaders, portfolio managers, and others involved in tracking projects, resources, and priorities.
