ENGIE BtoC France is the ENGIE entity dedicated to residential customers in France. With approximately 900 employees, ENGIE BtoC France sells electricity, natural gas, and related services to more than 8 million residential customers, representing approximately 10 million energy contracts.
Within ENGIE BtoC France, the Transformation & Projects Department leads strategic and cross-functional projects. Its Project Management Unit plays a central role in structuring, coordinating, and monitoring complex projects. Before Tabsters, project management practices relied on disparate tools, manual data consolidation, and formats that varied from project to project.
Following a benchmarking study and a comparative proof of concept conducted in 2023, ENGIE BtoC France selected Tabsters to support the structuring of its project management. The solution was first tested under real-world conditions on the SAP version upgrade project before being rolled out across the Project Management Division starting in March 2025.
Today, 100% of the projects managed by the Project Management Delegation are tracked in Tabsters. Its uses cover the entire management cycle: project structuring, task tracking, schedules, compliance, risks, decisions, budgets, team workloads, and the generation of materials for project steering committee, COMOP, and CODIR reports.
