Challenges & Objectives
The Challenge
The Supply Chain Department for France and the Group sought to implement a time-tracking and management tool to better manage its ability to launch new projects, while avoiding the proliferation of initiatives that are difficult to sustain and lead to delivery delays.
Initially, the France and Group teams were brought together on a shared platform. An internal reorganization subsequently led to the separation of these environments, while maintaining a strong focus on methodological consistency and management.
Key Issues
- Better manage the ability to form supply chain teams,
- Avoid launching too many projects without a clear understanding of their scope,
- Align the France and Group teams with a common management standard,
- Consolidate data in real time to better track activity,
- Foster team buy-in and move away from siloed Excel practices,
