VYV 3 Pays de la Loire is a private, non-profit mutual insurance organization that develops and manages these services in the Pays de la Loire region. Through an extensive network of 372 facilities and services, it provides local, personalized care tailored to all stages of life.
With a view to improving performance and fostering continuous improvement, VYV 3 Pays de la Loire, in collaboration with VYV 3 Headquarters, has launched an initiative to professionalize its project management.
The goal was multifaceted: to gain a consolidated view of the regional portfolio, take stock of ongoing and upcoming projects, more clearly identify strategic projects, track associated costs, structure operational management, and better manage teams, their workloads, and their availability.
Beyond simply tracking the projects themselves, the challenge also involved ensuring data reliability, avoiding duplicate entries, minimizing manual consolidation, and providing clear oversight across multiple levels of governance, from project teams all the way up to the executive committee.
