Tabsters & MPG Partners Breakfast Meeting – Business Processes & AI: The KYC Case Study
On April 2, Tabsters and MPG Partners hosted clients, partners, and industry professionals at the Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg for another intimate breakfast event focused on a particularly practical topic: the role of artificial intelligence in transforming business processes, using the KYC case study with TABSTERS.AI as an example.
At a time when many organizations are seeking to move from experimentation to full-scale implementation, this meeting aimed to facilitate a direct discussion on a key question: how can AI be integrated into business processes in a way that is useful, manageable, and sustainable?
AI, orchestration, and performance management
The presentation was moderated by Germain Mathieu, co-founder of MPG Partners, and Laurent Bourny, CEO of Tabsters, who shared their insights on the key factors for the success of AI projects in the corporate sector. The discussion highlighted that the value of an AI initiative depends not only on the technological performance of the models, but also on the quality of the project scope, integration into existing processes, governance, and ongoing management.
Using a KYC use case as an example, the session highlighted several very practical challenges: workflow design, agent coordination, utilization of business data, application of management rules, human oversight, and continuous performance monitoring.
Beyond automation, this morning’s session also highlighted a key point: AI creates value when it is integrated into clear processes that have been adopted by teams and designed with a view to gradual transformation.
This breakfast meeting also provided an opportunity to demonstrate in practice how TABSTERS.AI can support this evolution by combining orchestration, management, and a governance framework to make business processes more fluid, transparent, and efficient.
