SNCF Feedback: Frederick Getton's testimony on the use of Tabsters
On September 17, 2026, Tabsters brought together its customers and partners for its User Club event, held both in person and online. This morning session highlighted customer feedback from the field, provided an opportunity to discuss the use cases of the solution, and presented upcoming developments for Tabsters.
The morning began with a presentation by Frédérick Getton , Director of Finance and Institutional Relations / Technology, Innovation and Projects Division at the SNCF Group . In his presentation, he discussed the SNCF Group's context, the challenges involved in managing R&D projects, and the reasons that led the teams to choose Tabsters.
From choosing the solution to field applications
In a large organization, structured around multiple entities, the need was clear: to have a common solution to reference projects, track activities, consolidate data, manage portfolios and ensure the traceability necessary for the operational, financial and regulatory monitoring of projects.
Frédérick Getton shares the key stages of Tabsters' deployment , from the initial request for proposals to the solution's production launch, including data migration, user support, and initial daily use. He also discusses the criteria that influenced the choice of Tabsters: ease of use, solution flexibility, team responsiveness, the ability to centralize project information, and the importance of data sovereignty.
This feedback illustrates how Tabsters can support a large organization in structuring its project management, by combining business requirements, consolidation needs, budget monitoring, user adoption and continuous improvement of uses.
