Tabsters at the Heart of the Community Project at the 2026 PMI Conference

On June 8 and 9, 2026, Tabsters was pleased to participate in the PMI Conference in Poitiers as a Bronze partner for the fourth consecutive year.
This year’s event, organized around the theme “Daring to Envision the Future of Projects,” brought together project management professionals for two days of discussions, presentations, and sharing of experiences at the Futuroscope Convention Center.
For Tabsters, this event is a key gathering: an opportunity to meet the project community, exchange ideas with practitioners in the field, and better understand the practical needs of the organizations that manage complex projects, programs, and portfolios on a daily basis.
AI, Transformation, and Leadership: Laurent Bourny's Lecture
A highlight of this year’s event: the talk by Laurent Bourny, CEO and co-founder of Tabsters, in the auditorium, on the topic “From the AI Illusion to Real Transformation: Restoring Leadership in the Face of Chaos.”
As artificial intelligence plays an increasingly important role in organizations’ strategic thinking, this presentation addressed a key issue: how to turn AI into a true driver of performance without losing sight of governance, prioritization, change management, and the role of leadership.
Laurent Bourny, in particular, expressed a strong conviction: technology cannot replace the ability to provide meaning, structure action, and support transformation. In a context where AI initiatives are on the rise, the challenge is not merely to experiment, but to steer these transformations with method, clarity, and impact.

Tabsters on the set of "Rencontres ON AIR"
During the event, Marc Spinazzé, Associate Director of Sales and Marketing, and Laurent Bourny also took part in an interview on the *Les Rencontres ON AIR* set, hosted by Laure Porthé.
At the heart of this discussion: Tabsters’ vision, its positioning, and its founding principle. Organizations shouldn’t have to adapt to tools; rather, digital solutions must adapt to their challenges, methods, and use cases.
Flexibility, a no-code approach, rapid deployment, data structuring, co-creation with clients, AI governance, and goals for 2030: This interview explores several key topics shaping Tabsters’ development and its vision for project, program, and portfolio management.
Two days of discussions with project management professionals
The 2026 PMI Conference also provided an opportunity for numerous discussions with companies and organizations such as AG Insurance, Airbus, Alstom, Ampleon, Andritz Nonwoven and Textile, AtmoSud, bioMérieux, Devoteam Innovative Tech France, EDF, Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, Fives Stein (Fives Group), GE Healthcare, ISG, Michelin, Optim Ressources, Setec Organisation, Sogelink France, STMicroelectronics, Sytral Mobilités, Vilmorin & Cie SA, as well as with many professionals passionate about project management.
These discussions are invaluable to Tabsters. They allow us to compare our vision with the realities on the ground, identify the emerging needs of project teams, PMOs, and transformation departments, and continue to build a solution that effectively addresses the operational challenges organizations face.
It is also with this approach in mind that Tabsters is developing its solution: closely aligned with real-world use cases and grounded in a strong culture of co-creation, to offer a flexible, pragmatic, and value-driven tool.

See you at R27 in Paris
