BDO is the world’s fifth-largest network of audit, accounting, and consulting firms. With a presence in 164 countries and 1,600 offices worldwide, the network serves organizations of all sizes—from startups to large corporations—as well as small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), mid-market companies, and entities in the social and solidarity economy.
In this context, BDO works with its clients, in particular, on projects to transform treasury functions and drive digital transformation. These projects require rigorous project oversight, effective coordination among stakeholders, and a centralized view of the various work streams, initiatives, and action plans.
Since 2023, BDO has been using Tabsters to organize the monitoring of its cash management and digital transformation plans, as part of a multi-client PMO approach.
BDO supports its clients in transforming their treasury functions and in their digital transformation initiatives. These engagements may include managing complex projects, implementing new systems, and establishing a PMO framework to structure, monitor, and ensure the success of the transformations underway.
Before using Tabsters, teams did not have a dedicated tool to centralize and standardize the tracking of these projects. Project management could therefore be time-consuming, with practices that sometimes varied depending on the client, the assignment, or the streams being tracked. The growing number of projects and clients also made it more difficult to maintain an overall view of ongoing initiatives and to gain a consolidated view of the progress of the various projects.
