The new SaaS solution will need to be more user-friendly and efficient, particularly in terms of integrating the operational side (project management, portfolios, workflows, budgets, resources, and risks) with the strategic side for managers (real-time portfolio views), as well as in terms of communication (reporting, action plans, and decision-making).
This tool must meet the needs of the group’s various entities, offering users the flexibility to customize it to ensure greater adoption and usage.
