Challenges & Objectives
The Challenge
Richardson launched the DELTA program for IT transformation. Within this program, the BIRD project—the deployment of a new ERP system—is a major initiative requiring rigorous monitoring of development and implementation across 37 Business Units (BUs).
To support this transformation, Richardson sought to streamline its management processes by implementing a portfolio and project management tool.
Key Issues
- Scheduling management, tracking deliverables, and optimizing the capacity plan to ensure the program runs smoothly.
- Before adopting Tabsters, the client had to manage a complex monitoring process across 12 streams, which involved time-consuming data consolidation, a lack of macro- and micro-level visibility, and high risks of missed deadlines due to the absence of a unified management tool.
Selection process
Richardson evaluated several solutions on the market before settling on Tabsters.
