• The views system has been overhauled. From now on, you can view your most useful views by pinning them to the retractable pinned views sidebar .
  The rest of the unpinned views can be accessed from the views pop-up, via the side banner by clicking on the blue " +" button.
  Saving changes directly made to a generic view will also directly save a personal copy of that view.

You can also share your views with your colleagues using the view sharing feature, accessible via the options (three-dot icon) next to the name of the pinned view.

A library of generic views is also available, which will be added to by tabsters as they become available.Please noteview sharing is based on a system of right as for portfolios or teams. Each right
offers different options to the users to whom you assign them. You can find the documentation relating to these changes here).‍

• A new type of custom field has been introduced: the file type custom field.

This custom field lets you fill in a document about your various items, such as an attachment or meeting minutes, for example.

Warning The storage size allocated for these files is limited to avoid server overload.

• Thanks to the new graphical component, you can now choose the "Widget" option, which will allow you to display your values in large size
  for display in your dashboards, for a quick overview of the values you want to have displayed.

To display these values in your dashboard, add the mini-block of your choice and select the graphical view you've set up.

• You can now export your Gantt charts (Planning screen) to your PPT communications.
  This export is available for "Webviews" slides, based on the views you have set up for the various tabs.

• New filtering options have been added for date filters.
  You can now filter on the past / next 30 days, before / after today, or on the past / next month and many more.

• You can now define map levels on your custom fields to display maps, in the same way as the
  fields for location, project type, etc. for your custom axis values.

• Import :
  • Progress must now be entered as a percentage to be taken into account in the import(the view export is already in percent; otherwise you can enter the decimal value, e.g. 50% = 0.5).
  • Various corrections to import in modification mode
  • It is no longer necessary to delete the first line of the Excel file corresponding to the exported element when importing as a modification.
    
• Meetings - Presentation templates: Presentation templates are now available in the meeting communication tab.
  You can now create standard presentations and reuse them in your meetings.
• Budget :
  • The lists of filter and sort options in the Budget tab are now sorted alphabetically.
  • Adding a new budget line now initializes the year column to the current year.
  • Corrected display of loads & consumption at workpackage level in the project hierarchy.
  • Correction of custom fields in the budget.
• PPT :
  • The PPT Dashboard now includes an option for formatting headers.
  • Planning: Critical path display available.
  • Improved display of meteo freshness and progress trend.
  • Corrected recording of slide parameters & display of rich text fields
  • Reliable export of charts based on custom fields & charts based on the "Timeline" field
  • Correction of PPT duplication from an axis & PPT creation from a template in meetings
• S-curve :
  • Reliable display of the new progress graph (or S-curve) for a global project portfolio .
  • Correction of calculation discrepancies between different curves displayed
• Budget :
  • Improved budget calculation in TCDs in the Budget tab.
  • Correction of budget import at project portfolio level.
• Display - Drop-down lists: Improved display of drop-down lists to show all possible choices.
• Filters & sorts - From a column: When you click on the three small dots in a column, the Filter data and Sort data options are available.
• Selecting one of these options will open the filter/sort pop-up, displaying the filter/sort directly positioned on the relevant column.
• Dashboard - Details block: corrected display of fields in Details mini-blocks at dashboard level.
• Audit - Time zone: Add the time zone used in the audit to the "Date modified" column.
• Environment - Resources: The "Department" column is now available in the choice of columns in the Resources tab in the Environment module.
• Export - Roadmap: corrected display of export view in Roadmaps.
• Planning - Add element: Add the possibility of creating a child element at the level of the planning screens.
• Quality of life - Various improvements :
  • Mouse positioning in text boxes / search for HTML fields / drop-down lists.
  • The "Enter" key selects the first value in the drop-down lists.
• Webviews - Collapse recording :
  • You can now save the collapse of the various elements in a tree structure in your webviews.
    Remember to save your views after applying the desired changes, as they are not saved automatically.

  Tip: If you select a line in your roadmap and press Ctrl + up/down arrow, this will fold or unfold all the elements.
