The "Matrice des risques / Risks matrix" report represents your risks along the probability/impact axes in a matrix and displays the list of risks in a detailed table in the desired columns.

Use case example: This report can be used to visually monitor project risks.

The slide is divided into 3 zones, represented by the orange areas in the image above:

1. The title field displays the object concerned by the slideproject portfolio, project, workpackage...) as well as the slide title
   ‍
2. This second area, in the form of a matrix, is used to place the various risks represented by numbers in the matrix according to impact and probability.

3. This last zone, in table form, displays the list of risks and corresponding information, which can be configured by choosing and ordering the columns with

• Project hierarchy: project portfolio / Business Line, Projet / Project, workpackage / Workpackage
• Resource: N/A
• Axis: Portfolio grouping, Project grouping, Lot grouping

• Nothing displayed? Check that you have correctly defined the fields to be displayed and that filters are not masking your data.
• Need to make a diagonal filter? Use the severity field for your filter, based on impact + probability.
