Tabsters now lets you rearrange your lines in the Roadmap using drag & drop.

The ability to drag & drop is indicated by the presence of 6 small dots to the left of the line.
‍

• Keep your click pressed on this part while moving the element to the location of your choice to reorder it.
  ‍
• Changing a parent element will perform the same action as a cut/paste.
  ‍

You can then save this new order in your view for later export, or directly at item level for all users via the map icon at top left(Requires administrative rights on the item).

A new #Order field is also available to display the current order of items.

Please note: drag & drop is only available at roadmap level, at tree level, if no sort, filter or collapse is present in your display.

Several changes have been made to the webviews:

• You can now rename your webview by double-clicking on its name.
  ‍
• Highlighting the view name in edit mode no longer takes the view's URL.
  ‍
• Block view deletion if used in a dashboard mini-block or PPT presentation.
  ‍
• Lock view change during view loading to compensate for display errors.

The way templates work is evolving.

Clicking on the blue " +" button for Roadmap, Risks or Communication now gives you access to a pop-up showing the list of available templates, for automatic generation from the defined templates.

project portfolio & Projects templates now include all tabs and data(with the exception of presentations in the communication tab, and meteo, progress, status & burned data).

You can now define formulas using pre-defined functions within custom fields.

You can calculate durations between two dates, retrieve the minimum/maximum/average value of a field or concatenate fields.

No more toggling back and forth between communication and your view.

Tabsters now lets you export the current view of your tab as a single PPT slide, via the export button.

Please note: Like communication generation, this feature is reserved for users with a FULL license.

To enable even greater possibilities, new customization parameters have been added to the Roadmap View slides.

You can choose :

• the optimization format for your lines: grouped on 1 line, optimized as best as possible, or force 1 line per element
  ‍
• how to group your meetings : to display meetings you must first have displayed them in your view
  ‍
• the format of planning milestones & meetings
  ‍
• line height, block height, text position, period display,

And many more to help you create the GANTT view that's right for you.

Add a new Status modification date field updated for the element each time its status changes.

• History - "Show more" button:
  
  • To improve display performance at the audit level, an item's history of more than 6 months is now accessible via the new "Show more" button.
• PPT - Visual enhancement and space optimization :

• Timesheets - Validation & New tab :
  
  • A new validation system has been implemented for timesheets.
    Once the time entry has been completed, the user sends his timesheet for validation, which triggers the blocking of the timesheet.
    
    The team manager can then consult the timesheets on the new " Timesheets " tab of the team cards, in order to validate or reject them, giving the user the opportunity to correct them.
    A more easily accessible link provides access to timesheets(team administration rights required).
• Timesheets - Line creation :
  
  • At timesheet level, and if your administrator allows, you will now be able to create generic element lines that have no impact on your workload plan.
    The administrator can define the projects in which these lines are created, in the Environment Roadmap tab, thanks to two new fields.
• workload calculation mode (Task and/or workload line) :
  
  • workload plans are evolving.
    You can now define the workload calculation method "desired on your lines:
    
    • workload constant, which corresponds to the calculation mode of the application's classic workload .
    • Constant occupancy, which allows you to adapt to a constant occupancy rate, defined by the workload line occupancy field.
    • According to duration, which recalculates the workload according to the change in duration (proportionally to the change in duration).
  • The workload of the task/line will thus evolve over time to remain consistent with the calculation mode defined for it.

  • To make it easier to fold/unfold elements in Tabsters hierarchical displays (Roadmap, entity, Budget...), a new button is now available for all Display Level icons, allowing you to fold/unfold the hierarchy to the desired level(parameter can be saved in the view & exported as a PPT).
• Home - "Your week" display button :
  
  • A button is now available on the home page to allow you to hide the "Your week" panel if you wish.
• Navigation - Staying on the same tab between levels :
  
  • Navigation between element cards in Tabsters has changed. When you switch from a project portfolio card to a project, workpackage, action or task card, you are now positioned on the same tab as before.
    If the tab you were on is not common to both levels, you will be redirected to the dashboard tab, as before.
• Drop-down lists - Dynamic search :
  
  • Search results are now displayed dynamically in all drop-down lists in the application

  • The responsiveness of elements on the various Tabsters pages has been reviewed, to adapt better to different screen resolutions.
