The "Rapport global du projet / Project dashboard" report is presented in macro-planning format, while allowing you to display qualitative indicatorsmeteo, trend) and quantitative indicators (progress, number of risks and alerts).

Use case example: This report can be used to introduce a committee meeting and provide an overview of several projects. Presenting the main progress and alert indicators, it quickly visualizes the projects requiring attention. Typically, these projects and points of attention are then detailed during the committee by means of other reports.

The slide is divided into 4 zones, represented by the orange areas in the image above:

1. The title field displays the object concerned by the slideproject portfolio, project, workpackage...) as well as the slide title
   ‍
2. This second zone represents the timelinewhich is divided into a maximum of 12 periods depending on the length of the period selected in the date range
   ‍
3. This third zone displays the various projects and associated indicators (progress, meteo, trend, etc.) as well as its description.

4. This last zone forms the gantt, where batches are displayed by a dot in a different color according to status, with their name as a label by default. You can also display the action period, change the milestone shape or change the label type. Other parameters are also available and can be added with

Show chart legend: Displays the color legend of the chart.

Show "Today" position: Add a line representing today's date

meteo definition: Select whether or not to display the meteo and/or trend.

Progress definition: Select whether or not to display progress and/or progress trend.

Alert definition : Choose whether or not to display the number of alerts/warnings

Risk definition: Choose whether or not to display the number of risks.

Budget definition: Select whether or not to display the budget in euros or in man-days.

Text definition: Select the field to be displayed after the project name.

Batch milestone format: Select milestone format (circle, diamond or triangle)

Milestone label: Allows you to choose the milestone label to be displayed to add the date or progress, for example.

meteo display mode: Select meteo display mode (sun, clouds, etc.) or traffic light mode (green, orange, red dots, etc.).

Milestone color mode: Allows you to choose the color of milestones according to either status or meteo.

TextDefinition Column 2: Selects a second field to be displayed after the project name.
