Rights can be assigned to different elements in Tabsters :
- Project items: Rights can be assigned to portfolios & projects.
When you assign rights to a user on a project item, he or she will have access to the item's various tabs (Dashboard, Details, Roadmap, meteo, Risks, Incidents, Decisions, Meetings, Budget, Earnings and Communication). - Teams: Rights can be assigned to teams to allow or deny users access to the team and its corresponding resources.
- Communications : Rights can be assigned at the communications level to share presentations you've created with other users.
- Views : rights can be shared with other users for each of the views you have set up in the application.
- Generic tabs (Key Users): Rights can be assigned to generic tabs (tabs not native to the application) to define which users can, or cannot, access non-native generic tabs.
- Custom fields (Key Users): Rights can be assigned to custom fields created in Tabsters to allow, or not, the user to be able to use them in the WebApp. These rights are only issued by the environment's key users. Notethat, to access the custom fields section, you must have access rights to the application's environment module.
- Axis values (Key Users): Like custom fields, rights can be assigned to the values of axes already present in the application, and to the axis values of custom fields (Axis or Multiple Value custom fields). To use axis values for which a user has rights, the user must also have rights to the axis concerned.
- User groups: rights can be assigned to user groups to enable different people to share/assign rights to these user groups.
These rights are only available to key users of the environment.
Please also note that to access the axis value section, you must have access rights to the application's environment module.
