The "Planification des Projets / Projects Planning" report is represented as a GANTT, allowing you to display the schedule of your projects over the chosen perimeter with the selected grouping axis(es).

Example of use : This report can be used to track the progress of your projects, with information on the period and grouped by type and nature of project to provide additional information.

The slide is divided into 4 zones, represented by the orange areas in the image above:

1. The title field displays the object concerned by the slideproject portfolio, project, workpackage...) as well as the slide title
   ‍
2. This second zone represents the timelinewhich is divided into a maximum of 12 periods depending on the length of the period selected in the date range
   ‍
3. This third zone shows the axes used to group portfolios. One or two axes can be added to the parameters
   ‍
4. This last zone forms the gantt, where projects are displayed by a dot in a different color according to status, with their name as a label by default. You also have the option of displaying the item's period, changing the milestone shape or changing the label type. Other parameters are also available and can be added with

Show chart legend: Displays the color legend of the chart.

Show object period: displays a bar to show the object period on the schedule.

Show "Today" position: Add a line representing today's date

Show dependencies: Displays dependencies between 2 elements on the schedule.

Show shifts : Displays date shifts between the initial end date and the current end date.

Text box border format: Allows you to personalize the edges of the axes (zone 3) with rounded or unrounded corners.

Action milestone format: Select milestone format (circle, diamond or triangle)

Milestone label: Allows you to choose the milestone label to be displayed to add the date or progress, for example.

Milestone color mode: Allows you to choose the color of milestones according to either status or meteo.

• Resource: N/A
• Axis: Portfolio Clustering, Project Clustering

• Nothing displayed? Check that you have selected at least one axis, as well as the chosen period. If you don't display the "object period", only items falling due within the chosen period will be displayed.
