What is the "Decisions" report?

The "Decisions / Décisions " report is displayed in tabular form, allowing you to view the list of your decisions on the chosen perimeter, with the list of selected fields.

Example of use : This report can be used to identify all decisions made or to be made within the selected scope, and to monitor their progress (planning dates entered, meeting created and linked to this decision, etc.). It can also be used to retrieve the minutes of the meeting at which the decision was taken.

How is the slide constructed?

The slide is divided into 2 zones, represented by the orange areas in the image above:

  1. The title field displays the object concerned by the slideproject portfolio, project, workpackage...) as well as the slide title
  2. This second zone forms a table displaying the various information related to the decisions created in a project, in columns that can be chosen to be displayed and ordered by the parameter

At what level is it available?

  • Project hierarchy: project portfolio / Business Line, Project / Project
  • Resource: N/A
  • Axis: Portfolio Clustering, Project Clustering

Tips

  • ‍Linka decision to a meeting: This will enable you to find out more easily at which meeting the decision was taken and thus retrieve the various contextual information recorded (minutes, presentations...).
