The "Résumé du planning / Planning summary" report is represented in gantt form, allowing you to display elements at 2 levels (projects & lots when at project portfolio level, lots & actions when at project level, etc.). You can refine your selection using filters, period selection and sorting.

Use case example: This report can be used to track the progress of your projects over time in the form of a schedule.

The slide is divided into 4 zones, represented by the orange areas in the image above:

1. The title field displays the object concerned by the slideproject portfolio, project, workpackage...) as well as the slide title
   ‍
2. This second zone represents the timelinewhich is divided into a maximum of 12 periods depending on the length of the period selected in the date range
   ‍
3. This last zone forms the gantt, where items are displayed, associated with a color according to status, with the name as a label. You can also display the period and change the milestone shape. Other parameters are also available and can be added with

Show "Today" position: Add a line representing today's date

Milestone and batch format: Select milestone format (circle, diamond or triangle)

Milestone letter: If the child milestone is displayed, select the axis whose first letter will be used within the milestone (e.g. None, Task_Type, Category).

Milestone color mode: Allows you to choose the color of milestones according to either status or meteo.
