For security reasons, starting with this version, the policy concerning the creation and/or updating of passwords to access your Tabsters account is changing.

The conditions required for your password to be valid are as follows:

• Password of at least 12 characters
• Your password must contain at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number and 1 special character.
• Your password must not be based on simple words (e.g. Hello) or be identical to your user name.

This new feature allows you to make field modifications on multiple lines at once.

Based on the view displayed, modifications will apply to all linespresent on your current display.

To access this feature, select the appropriate view, then click on the 3 small dots present to the right of the label of the column to which you wish to apply the modification and select the multiple modification option.

Two new setting options are now available in the tabbed table display for displaying HTML fields.

This parameter lets you define the display height of HTML fields on your Roadmap view, either dynamic height to display all the text present in your HTML fields, or limited height to limit the display of HTML field data to the height of the line.

The second parameter lets you define the desired display for the meteo field, either as a meteoor as traffic lights.

Several features of the planning display on the various tabs have been revised:

• Redesigned & improved Gantt zoom option
• Add a parameter to select the desired period (Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year, Custom)
• Realignment of schedule period separator bars
• Timeline field added to Gantt color selection option

The new graphics are now available as a display type on the workload and burned tabs.

These tabs are available for team cards, resource cards and team/resource axis cards.

The TCD display of these new graphs also allows you to define the display type:
Flat for a simple TCD display, or Tree for a hierarchical display, depending on the parameters defined for the graph.

It is now possible to move a resource from one team to another via the cut/paste option, accessible from the contextual menu (right-click).

Point of attention: Moving a resource does not preserve its history (time entry, ...). If you wish to keep this history, please forward your request to Tabsters support(support@tabsters.fr), specifying the resource and teams concerned.

• ‍Display - Screen reflow during modification :
  • Corrected the problem of the screen going up when modifying data on a table display screen.
• Standard license - Redesigned rights [Key user & Administrator section]. :
  • As of this new version, access to standard licenses will change to become a visualization & time entry license.
    Access to the functionalities of this type of license will be limited to time entry for tasks assigned to the user.
    Access to the environment for these users will be limited to visualization, and it will no longer be possible to make any changes to project data other than the time entry mentioned above.

• Performance - Various improvements :
  • The performance of various functions available in the application has been improved:
    • Improved performance for generating PPT presentations
    • Improved pop-up loading performance for unpinned views
    • Improved performance when modifying data in table view
    • Improved performance at resource creation

• Filter - Project level :
  • Reliable display of the list of available data when applying a filter on a project levelproject portfolio, Project, workpackage, Action, Task) in a view
• Dashboard & PPT - Selecting views & managing mini blocks :
  • Added a loading spinner when opening the view selection pop-up.
    This enhancement is available for dashboards, when selecting the view displayed in a miniblock, and for PPT presentations, when selecting the view to display for webview slides.
    Improved management of mini blocks in the dashboard when editing the view.

  • Various improvements to PPT presentations :
    • Risk view: Added a parameter for selecting matrix size (small or large) and optimized data display according to the choice made.
    • Added the option of duplicating the presentation when you have read rights on the presentation
    • Reliability of data display height in webview slides to avoid slide overruns
    • More reliable recording of column sizes in the table section of planning views
    • Map view export option added for Roadmap webview slide
    • Improved reliability of PPT export of graphics & pivot views, and addition of Heatmap graphics export.
    • Reliable PPT export of dashboard webview miniblocks
    • Reliable PPT export of slide template Unified global report & schedules
    • Slides template, review of sorting option on project levelsproject portfolio, project...), sorting is now applied to the name of the elements in the level concerned

• Column selection - Search field :
  • When searching for a field via the search option in the column selection pop-up, selection of the latter now keeps the mouse focus in the search zone.
• Import - Search field :
  • When searching for a field via the search option in the column selection pop-up, selection of the latter now keeps the mouse focus in the search zone.
• TCD charts - Start of week :
  • Realignment of week start dates in TCD charts to Monday instead of Tuesday
• Excel Export - Various improvements :
  • Reliable export of custom fields of type File and Resource table during Excel export
  • Add distinctive font colors according to tree level, and separator lines between columns and different tree levels in view export Excel files.
  • Excel export option added to "My environment", Roadmap tab
• Budget donut - Legend :
  • Review of the budget donut legend display to adapt the thousand and million indicator to the data displayed
• My environment - Project reactivation :
  • Reliable reactivation of projects in the My Environment tab and display of data after reactivation.
