Incidents

What is an "Incidents" report?

The "Incidents / Issues" report is displayed in tabular form, allowing you to view a list of your incidents within the defined perimeter, with a list of selected fields, filters, period and sorting options.

Use case example: This report can be used to track incidents on your various projects by status, priority and corrective action.

How is the slide constructed?

The slide is divided into 2 zones, represented by the orange areas in the image above:

  1. The title field displays the object concerned by the slideproject portfolio, project, workpackage...) as well as the slide title
  2. This second zone forms a table displaying the various information related to incidents created in a project, according to columns that can be chosen to be displayed and ordered by the parameter

At what level is it available?

  • Project hierarchy: project portfolio / Business Line, Project / Project
  • Resource: N/A
  • Axis: Portfolio Clustering, Project Clustering

Tips

  • Incidents or actions to track? You can use incidents to track different types of items in a list, without tracking them in your roadmap. To do this, you can use theissue type and filter on this field according to your needs
