The "Task Planning / Planification des Tâches " report is represented in GANTT format, allowing you to display the planning of your tasks over the chosen perimeter with the selected grouping axis(es).

Use case example: This report can be used to monitor the progress of your tasks, with offset information and percentage progress displayed to provide additional information.

The slide is divided into 4 zones, represented by the orange areas in the image above:

1. The title field displays the object concerned by the slideproject portfolio, project, workpackage...) as well as the slide title
   ‍
2. This second zone represents the timelinewhich is divided into a maximum of 12 periods depending on the length of the period selected in the date range
   ‍
3. This third zone shows the axes used to group tasks. One or two axes can be added to the parameters

4. This last zone forms the gantt, where tasks are displayed by a dot in a different color according to status, with their name as a label by default. You can also display the item's period, change the milestone shape or change the label type. Other parameters are also available and can be added with

Show chart legend: Displays the color legend of the chart.

Show object period: displays a bar to show the object period on the schedule.

Show "Today" position: Add a line representing today's date

Show dependencies: Displays dependencies between 2 elements on the schedule.

Show shifts : Displays date shifts between the initial end date and the current end date.

Text box border format: Allows you to customize the edges of the axes (zone 3) with rounded or unrounded corners.

Task milestone format: Selects milestone format (circle, diamond or triangle)

Milestone label: Allows you to choose the milestone label to be displayed to add the date or progress, for example.

Milestone color mode: Allows you to choose the color of milestones according to either status or meteo.

• Project hierarchy: project portfolio / Business Line, Projet / Project, workpackage / Workpackage
• Resource: entity / Entity
• Axis: Portfolio grouping, Project grouping, Lot grouping

• Nothing displayed? Check that you have selected at least one axis, as well as the chosen period. If you don't display the "object period", only items falling due within the chosen period will be displayed.
