If you have administrative rights to a project portfolio or project, you can deactivate it and archive it.

Active elements are indicated by the green power button.

Clicking on the power button will turn it red, deactivating the element.

You can access deactivated items by clicking on the Inactive tab.
This will take you to the list of deactivated items.
To reactivate an element, simply click on the red power button.
The element will then be added back to the list of active elements.
Deactivated items and their data no longer appear in Tabsters or in the search.
To access the data again, you must first reactivate it.
Here you'll find all the information entered for portfolios and projects.
You can access the various element maps by clicking on the icons to the left of their names.
Data display, column selection and view parameters can be modified via view parameters.
This is also where you can create new portfolios.

To create a new project portfolio, simply click on the blue + button.
You can then choose to create a new project portfolio from scratch or from a template from the pop-up window that opens.

You can also create new projects by right-clicking on the project portfolio line, selecting the Add a project option from the contextualized menu.

Various options are available from the contextualized menu:

Duplicates the selected item, project portfolio or project
Deletes the selected item and places it in the Recycle Bin
Link between two tasks, indicating the influence of one on the other.
Accesses the modification history of the selected item.
On project lines, an additional Cut option is available.
This option lets you move a project from the project portfolio.
At the bottom you'll find indicators of the number of elements present in the environment roadmap, as well as the different pages available to allow you to browse through the available elements.
