List of tasks

What is a "Task List" report?

The "Liste des Tâches / Tasks List" report is represented in table form, allowing you to display the list of your tasks over the defined perimeter, with the list of selected fields, filters, period and sorting options.

Example use case: This report can be used to track the progress of your deliverables, with meteo and progress information and an "Overview" text field to comment on task progress.

How is the slide constructed?

The slide is divided into 3 zones, represented by the orange areas in the image above:

  1. The title field displays the object concerned by the slideproject portfolio, project, workpackage...) as well as the slide title
  2. This second field represents a header which can be modified using the additional parameters listed below. You can display meteo, progress or an overview of the element concerned by the slide.
  3. This last zone, in the form of a table, displays the list of projects, which can be configured in different ways with :

choice of columns to display and display order,

the ability to filter by period, to take into account projects with a due date within the month, for example,

the ability to filter on different fields such as status, or any other available field as required,

the ability to sort the table in ascending or descending order on one or more fields.

Additional parameters

Header (title) : Add a header line containing the indicators or fields for the chosen level (Axis / Axe, project portfolio / Business Line, Projet / Project, workpackage / Workpackage), e.g. progress / progression, meteo / meteo, tendance / trend, Overall status / Vue d'ensemble...

Layout 1st column: Used to differentiate the layout of the 1st column.
The color used is based on the template's graphic charter.

Formatting 1st line: Used to differentiate the formatting of the 1st line.
The color used is based on the template's graphic charter.

meteo display mode: Select meteo display mode (sun, cloud...) or traffic light mode (green, orange, red...).

At what level is it available?

  • Project hierarchy: project portfolio / Business Line, Projet / Project, workpackage / Workpackage
  • Ressource: entity / Entity, Ressource / Resource
  • Axis: Portfolio grouping, Project grouping, Lot grouping

Tips

  • Nothing displayed? Check that you have correctly defined the fields to be displayed, and that there are projects due to expire during the defined period.
