I can't connect

Several types of error messages may appear when you try to connect.

If you've forgotten your password:
Simply click on the "Forgot password" button. An e-mail containing a link to reset your password will be sent to your mailbox.

Invalid user or password:
Please check that the information you have entered is correct. Login and password are case-sensitive. If you enter your login or password by copy/paste, check that you haven't added a space at the end of your selection. If the problem persists, click on the "Forgot password" button, and an e-mail containing a link to reset your password will be sent to your mailbox.

Invalid license / License expired :
This means that the license assigned to the account you are trying to connect to is no longer valid. Please contact your Tabsters account manager to ask him/her to assign you a valid license.

If you still can't log in, or if you don't receive the password reset e-mail, you can contact us by sending an e-mail to support@tabsters.fr.
An agent will get back to you as soon as possible to help you solve your connection problem.
