Following the redesign of the view system, a new feature has been added: view sharing
Find out here how this feature works, and how to use it.
The redesign of the view system in Tabsters has led to a reorganization of view display and management. From now on, the views displayed on the various tabs correspond to the pinned views.
You can choose which views are pinned to the display, and unpin them if you wish. By default, if you don't have any custom views, the default views are displayed.
The overhaul of the view system has also introduced a new feature: view sharing, enabling you to share the views you've set up with your colleagues or team, for example.
This feature lets you share views directly within the application, without having to send a link to your colleagues, and without having to duplicate the view to save a personal copy.
View sharing is based on a system of rights, just like project management in the Tabsters environment, so you can share your views individually or en masse using user groups, and also choose the type of sharing you want to do (read, modify or administer).
By default, all users have "No access" to your views, which means they cannot see your view at the moment.
For a user to access your view, they must have one of the three rights below:
Please note that the modification & administration rights allow the user to whom you share your view to make changes to your view directly, and not to a copy of the view, or even to delete it.
This type of right should therefore be assigned with care to avoid unwanted modifications, or even deletions, of your views.
Views can be shared from the context menu of pinned views.

Once the right has been assigned, the user in question will be able to access your view by clicking on the blue "+"in the list of pinned views, in the "User views" section of the shared view type.
